Today is about self-acceptance and day 20 of our 21 day journey embodying self love with Pilar aka Zennedout7. You can follow the journey on Instagram and search #embodyingselflove2016 to read what everyone has been sharing. Meanwhile, I am so excited to share with you an interview with this lovely goddess, Lillie Claire Love. We met awhile back at a beautiful full moon sister circle in a bell tent in Topanga Canyon. She was leading the mediation and had such a calm spirit, I just had to get to know her more. A few months ago she interviewed me on sacred spaces and now I get to share her response on the topic: Self-Acceptance. Enjoy!
I had the opportunity to meet with the gorgeous and beautifully talented Ashley Berry and felt such an ease opening up to each other and discussing our self healing journeys. She is going after her passions and diving into her creativity. I am overwhelmed with gratitude for all of the amazing people I am meeting on this journey. I hope Ashley Berry’s self healing journey empowers you to follow your passions and facilitates more self love.
I love finding artists, crafters and specialty product makers on social media, Instagram being my favorite right now. Rette @thebeekeepersbaby is one of those finds that make me happy, because I love handmade natural vegan products and well she makes vegan soaps that I can’t get enough of. I love making my own products, but soaps have never been a product I found easy or felt like I could properly source the quality of ingredients I would need, so thank you Rette. I also love finding women who are in business for themselves, whether they have a physical place of business, their own website or like Rette, an Etsy account. She is rocking as a mother and wife, while creating self care products for us! I recently interviewed her asking questions about why she makes her products vegan, how her passions have benefited her spending time with the family and what other creative or healthy passions she loves. Check it out. Read more
We all need a space to unwind, unplug and feel loved. Designing your bedroom and sacred spaces to promote these ideas is important in your healthy healing lifestyle.
One of the main shifts I saw for myself in 2015 was staying consistent on keeping monthly new moon intentions and full moon releasing. As we have all been settling into the new year, we have been setting intentions for the year. Creating a tone for what we would like for ourselves over the next year. Most of us have also been feeling back into our daily wellness routines that we may have strayed from in the midst of holiday events. I want to share some of my intentions, some examples of new moon intention setting rituals, how I create sacred space to mindfully practice a daily routine and curate energy for the day, month and year. This new moon is tomorrow Janurary 9th. Which ps is also registration for Spirit Weavers Gathering! You know I will be there. So get ready to create your sacred space and set your intentions for this moon cycles growth. Read more
