I’m a Bath-o-holic Vol. 1

Welcome to my new series all about bath time rituals. I am a huge bath girl hence the “I’m a bath-o-holic” title of this monthly series. I hope you enjoy!

I love soft exfoliation so I always start my baths off with a gentle dry brush routine followed by a head to toe sugar scrub from my personal line. Right now my favorite is Radiance with it’s warming cinnamon, ginger and vanilla.

I knew then I had come to this workshop for so much more than I even imagined. The sense of community and bonds made over this short 2 day workshop screamed to me: WE NEED MORE LOVE AND COMMUNITY! We need to be the educators and listeners the world needs to heal. We need to follow passion and believe in ourselves. Love ourselves more! Here is a beautiful account of Shayna and Bryan’s story.
