We Can End Our Waste Problem: Make Going Zero Waste Your Lifestyle

zero wasteHi, I’m Kathryn from Going Zero Waste and I don’t make any trash. Not much has changed from my pre zero waste days (PZW) I just shop a little differently. I’m a lot more invested in my local community, I know my farmers, I buy my food from bulk bins in my own bag, and at the end of the year, just by changing the way I shopped, all my trash fit in an 8 oz mason jar.

Passionate Couple Lives Nomadic Life Developing Eco-Projects

During my stay at East End Eden for a permaculture workshop, I was amazed to meet a group of conscious beings that had true passion and this couple, Shayna and Bryan, well they are something special. From the moment I opened my car door on the property I was welcomed with warm genuine love in the form of a hug from Bryan. As we have all been settling into the new year, we have been setting intentions for the year. Creating a tone for what we would like for ourselves over the next year. I want to share some of my intentions, some examples of new moon intention setting rituals, how I create sacred space to mindfully practice a daily routine and curate energy for the day, month and year. This new moon is tomorrow Janurary 9th. Which ps is also registration for Spirit Weavers Gathering! You know I will be there. So get ready to create your sacred space and set your intentions for this moon cycles growth. Read more

Musings – Healing

“When you heal yourself, you rise as a divine creative being who holds space for serving others in a place called home. Designed to showcase the best expression of your essence, and a place to honor and revive your warrior soul through self-love and self-care. To then nurture loved ones with your radiant presence, providing a ripple affect fueled by pure divine natural living.”
— Jessica Cure

This all sounds great, but for many including me when I began, you ask yourself, where do I start? How can I create a life with spaces to allow my body, mind and soul to heal naturally? It all seems so overwhelming. You want a pure non-toxic home and life, you want it to look and feel divine, you want a nurturing natural space to call home and you want your lifestyle to promote creativity, beauty, love and most of all healing. I know I want all of these!
