BRISBANE PROJECT: CRAFTING A UNIQUE MARKETING EXPERIENCE
Â
 OVERVIEW:
Â
As part of my work with Brisbane, I had the opportunity to market and create memorable content for a stunning architectural property located in Skyline Ranch, Yucca Valley, CA. The goal was to bring out the essence of the home, blending its unparalleled design with storytelling that would captivate potential buyers and short-term rental guests.
Marketing Highlights
- Wabi Sabi-Themed Open House
I curated a one-of-a-kind open house inspired by the Japanese philosophy of Wabi Sabi, celebrating simplicity and the beauty of imperfection. The event featured: - A seamless blend of architecture, local connections, and food.
- A cozy, welcoming atmosphere set in the serene desert landscape.
- A focus on making the tour more than a property showing—it was an experience.

Using engaging reels and posts, I highlighted the home's unique features, including: - The use of steel, stone, and glass that contrasts beautifully with its natural surroundings.
- Fossilized stone accents and a minimalist interior with high-end appliances.
- The incredible indoor-outdoor flow, including a sliding glass wall leading to a patio, pool, and desert views.
(See the property details here) - Focus on Architectural Significance
I emphasized the property’s meticulous design, including: - A primary bathroom with an enclosed outdoor garden, soaking tub, and outdoor shower.
- Clear vg Hemlock-paneled ceilings, integrated concrete sinks, and a floating Ortal fireplace.
